Rogue Style 1 EP is an international homage to b-boy culture, where the worlds of breakbeat music and breakdance collide. Sinistarr (USA), Kiat (Singapore), Kabuki (Germany) and HomeSick (Canada) are connected in many ways, now they lay bare their hip-hop roots and give something back with a fresh take through the eyes of drum & bass and juke/footwork.

Klose started as an MC after freestyling with a friend at a house party one night when she was 18. She then joined the hip-hop duo, Phonosynthesis. After several years embarking the underground hip-hop culture, her interest turned to Drum & Bass music after the group split in 2003. She hosted shows across the NC state and continued performing Hip-Hop music headlining such events as the 1st Annual Zulu Nation Festival in Seattle. She teamed up with DJ D:Raf doing freestyle sets over Drum & Bass and began working on a full length hip-hop album released under the management of Rasta F.L.Y.T.E. music. The Klose
Konnections album was released in 2005. Klose also had a major interest in promotion, cultivating culture within the community, and fundraising. She has thrown a variety of events and fundraisers and done booking for all types of music.
In 2010, Klose teamed up with internationally-renowned UK producer/
dj Outrage (Now known as Nomine) and began working on several songs. In the midst of completing the
Red Letter album with Digital, Outrage and Digital produced the first official Drum & Bass release featuring Klose entitled
Work For It on the short-lived label, Temah. She later teamed up with Kiat of Syndicate crew for the release on his Inner Galaxies album entitled
Riding Past Draco and also released a single with stateside Konkrete Jungle pioneer I -Cue, "Tru Skool," on Ingenious Music. Soon after, Klose released a feature, "Dove From Above," with legendary dj/producer Raiden on Hospital Records that was on the popular compilation
Sick Music 3.
In October of 2013, Klose was featured on Klute's 7th studio album,
The Draft, on Commercial Suicide Records. The song "My Black & White" was a standout on the album and was later remixed by the king of the remix in Drum & Bass, Calibre. This song charted nicely and was well liked for it's emotional and euphoric sound. She is featured a vocalist for Kiat again on the upcoming release from German label Defrostatica entitled
Rogue Style Vol. 1, an homage to international B-Boy culture. She is also in the studio currently working on forthcoming releases with d:Raf, DLX, and the Biltmore Connect. Klose has performed across North Carolina, and in venues in New York City, Seattle, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
She is based in North Carolina not only working in music but as a small business start-up, freelance writer, and occasional event planner. She will be debuting a podcast soon. She loves small dogs, crime television, and dim sum.
